HyperWallet is a mobile application that provides an interface to interact with the Hyperliquid decentralized exchange. The app allows users to view market data, manage portfolios, execute trades, and participate in staking activities on the Hyperliquid network.

HyperWallet is an independent, third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Hyperliquid Labs or any of its subsidiaries. While we integrate with Hyperliquid's services and may use their branding elements with permission, we operate as a separate entity providing our own interface to the Hyperliquid protocol.

Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances and financial resources. You may lose all or more of your initial investment.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. HyperWallet does not store, have access to, or control your private keys. Loss of private keys may result in permanent loss of funds.

HyperWallet interfaces with third-party services including the Hyperliquid protocol and various blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these external services.

In no event shall HyperWallet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of funds, trading losses, or system downtime.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
